A year in storage (not in a car capsule) hasn't been kind to Nessy, and it wasn't exactly concours to start with. Given that I've just bought a pretty damn tidy mk1 version of the same car, and that I'm fairly unlikely to be building my 'uber 300' (built T5 engine plus corvette C5 transaxle) any time soon...and even less likely to be using Nessy's shell for this purpose...I think the time has come.
So...it's a 1986 3dr 340 GL 1.4 in white...and one of the 'founding father' cars of V3M...passed from Hugh to myself. The body is a mess, but there are many other good mechanical parts on the car. It has 360 bumpers fitted, but I think Jay has dibs on those.
Any requests? This is your chance to own a piece of V3M history! I won't be getting started for some time, so no real rush.
One wing is scrap. The other may be ok. I have several wings in various states of slight rustiness which you can have for cheap. Genuine ones are still available from the dealer for...well...not toooooo much.
Subframe bar (the one for the anti-roll bar and front engine mounts?)...not a problem.
Interior panels are blue tweed....and a bit of a mess. What are you looking for?
Am intrested in panels volvo are £4 cheap than beaver for body panels! i was on the phone to taunton volvo today after front wings £72.00 + VAT they wanted for new wings from sweden!!!!! i dont call that cheap tbh.
rear panels im after a set of the ones with the fag pockets in the side so i can cut them up
Yeh the bar that anti roll bar attaches too and that the engine mounts too

Nessy's body is pretty bad....rusty, dented, etc. You can have wings from me, no worries...but they won't be perfect. If you want that, you pretty much need to splash the cash for new ones. Nessy's NS wing might be ok (can't remember how good/bad/ugly it is).
One rear trim panel is ok...the other is knackered.
Are those wheels for sale? if so how much? And can i have dibs on the interior panels please, unless kaos wants them. Oh and boot struts as mine are too weak for the spoiler lol. Is the front valance any good? oh and how much for the grill?
If dan doesnt want the wheels, i'll take second if its sendible money.

The sunroof seal is bad, Jay, but you can have the panel, no problem. Bumpers aren't in A1 condition, as I mentioned before, but you can have dibs on them.

ah dont worry about the interior stuff then.
All i want is a pair of decent wings. with no massive dents in etc. efectively straight not bothered about colour urgently need a passenger side to repalce the one ive just taked off though.
