The 1.4 is a good lump and I'm sure with a bit of breathing you could get some more poke out of it.

I love my little 1.4 and when i come to remove it i will be a little sad as it can be really fun and has done well for its self, not the fastest thing in a straight line but lifes all about corners
Only problem with mine atm is at idle it shakes the car apart lol and starting from warm is hard and i belive its still running rich lol but it still goes strong when it wants too lol. oh yea and it chooses its own idle speed some how
