I've got the B172k engine here too Jani, I remember there was one in one of the previous alphas, just after I had done the first dyno pulls with Fake. The mod I've put in is Fake running after a gas tune and with all the jets sorted, with what looks good for stock power (i.e. not 25-30% over and lying as it was before

)

If you already use dx7 mode there is not very much to do but reduce detail levels which will make mod look bit odd at the moment, but if it still is running badly then there is not much to do for it but upgrade computer or try to drive and try to ignore steering feel. Easy to notice is when you look car from outside and flick wheel quickly from one direction to other tires follow with small delay.

I was using DX9 and getting 10~14

With dx8, i'm now getting 30~35

@MJ, well some might say that I'm bit of spammer at times

I was last week at Northern lapland and now at South-Western part of country, good thing is I have some time at evenings even days are full of work

Transparency is coming from alpha channel and I think it is quite tricky, difficult to get it work how one likes to, I have not managed to do that yet.

@Chris, I will make all engines for this when we get this one to work as we like, If you like to send engine file, I could take a look and perhaps use that for game?

@340cbr, I run dx8 mode but sometimes even dx7 as I get so much better performance and it is always better to have more fps than pretty slide show, imo

I recommend keeping eye on fleabay, there is sometimes hardly used DFP for small amount of money available.

some online test would be nice, just need to decide date and time, week early if possible. For me friday evenings and saturdays are ok, other than that I'm not home as my job is such
