340 running badly 1.7
i have just replaced the carb with rebuild kit and floats on my 1.7 now revs fine and drives ok but hunts on idle and if you give the car a blip on the throttle when you let off it wont idle and cuts out until you start then car again any help would be great thanks kyle

mine had this problem a week or two ago and it turned out to be that the base plate of the carb was warped so i took it off draw filed it and made a new gasket (cornflakes box 
) and it seems to be running well now.... hope that mightve helped
