Can't remember if I mentioned this or not but my '82 343 flew through again. I think she now has 20k on the clock.

Must get over some time as I need to get the radio / aerial fitted and get that snowcap on in time for winter.

Shamed to say this year I last used her on the 5th Jan , but she gets a monthly outing though.

Choons = sound system.

The other sound system (B14 engine + variomatic) is nice to listen to, but I'm sure listening to Charlotte Green reading the news would be nicer.

My current 340 gl has no radio or Ariel from the factory. Just nice clean lines and a smart double din dash blanking plate. My pug had no radio, the cav before it had no ice and the 740 before that had none either.
I like to concentrate. Music is for drowning out public transport. With headphones.

I knew that. It's was a poorly thought out excuse not to sell you the car. What I meant to say was it has 2 batteries and a 1000W of ICE and 27 subs and not your cup of tea.
No radio in the 343 yet, no radio in the Citroen, no radio in the DAF (fecky 6v thing that it is ). Soon sort some of those out with some period ICE porn, especially the 343, to make it less desirable.....quickly.

Have to say I never really listen to much music on the road, usually BBC R4 or R5, but then I'm mostly driving on my jack. Music isn't for drowning out public transport, it's for drowning out 'er indoors.
