afternoon,
i bought myself a lovely example of a 1.4 auto 340 3 door, even though i wanted a manual i couldnt refuse the price offered to me. the car will be either going up for sale or swaps for a manual.
my question is how hard will it be to convert from the final drive auto system to a standard manual box and diff? what would be required? is it unbolt and bolt in? how may new parts will be needed? new bell housing, prop, diff, gearbox, driveshafts?
any help will be greatly apprecited
saule
GEARBOX CHANGES HELP NEEDED
Re: GEARBOX CHANGES HELP NEEDED
Probably most of those things, + clutch + pedal mechanism. Half shafts might be ok.
