What country are you in? As I know a lot of people have bought them on Ebay from sellers who are willing to ship abroad, however it can be a rather heavy and thick book to send. I don't know of anyone with the whole book as a download, rather a lot of info to scan there! They're dead cheap now, so what you save on the book you may have to pay in postage.
