Those same turbo kits go for something like two hundred euros in here. A "bit" overpriced. Though if it's rare in Germany, but still... 
I mean you can almost get an original 240 B21ET Turbo with that price.

That kit was up for a much lower BIN a few weeks ago... well, 200 notes less. I was almost tempted.... just needed a car for it
