It's not a redline I'm afraid, its a late 340 1.4 Special Edition, which is basically a rebadged DL. They all had redline bumpers, and not too much more in the way of goodies I'm afraid!

Still, it is an H plate 340, and are in scrappies a fair amount so make a good source if anyone wants redline bumpers.

Yeah, its only numbers 1-50 that are normally "private" well, kept for private sale, and you also can't make a vehicle look younger than it is so its either originally a H or J if it has had a plate change.

Redlines were released the first half of the F reg year, with Bluelines released in the second half (So the insurance book I got my hands on a while ago said anyway)

Doesn't look a private plate to me - just a two number plate. Its plate certainly tallys up around when that special edition was launched.
