Shipping costs help

I need a pair of glt spoilers, the font one and the rear one.

I'm from Portugal and they are not easy to find here...

First of all I don't know how much is the shipping cost of them to Portugal... do anyone know the size and weight of these spoiler, so i can get a price for the shipping?

I also would like to know the site of the English post mail services where I can see shipping costs.
