Actually whole bloody manifold got covered of nice frost this morning, also I did need to use screwdriver to punch holes to ice so that some air managed to go past throttle plates again.
No water circulation in manifold and no pre heating from exhaust as manifold is missing that part where I should connect intake tube.
Damn thing won't separate from old manifold
Maybe easier to replace whole manifold then, but can be quite hard to take one out as it has been there over an year already, maybe I try tomorrow, but don't know, must fix that manifold water circulation at least.
Right, sorted this one out as now intake manifold has water circulation and it is damn hot to touch as it should be.
However bloody carb did last thing now, idle circuit is out of play, idle mixture does not affect how engine runs and there is no idle, solenoid is ok and all, but seem to be that there is no fuel coming from idle circuit at all as I can remove idle mixture screw or screw it in and no affect, only if I screw it fully in there it runs even worse with choke or when I put hand over intake pipe so engine won't get enough air, then it idles well.
I checked idle jet that was clean and also I did clean all passages where fuel runs to idle circuit with compressed air bottle, but nothing helps, need to screw idle adjustment screw fully in to get even some idle and that messes other things so currently I try to manage without idle.
