Return of the Mac

Post by sven360 »

Heard it on the radio-this afternoon-I wish he would, he's a good bloke and sorely missed in my opinion.
If anyone knows of his whereabouts tell him to come back-I miss his grumpy humour

Not so much of the "old boy" if you please!

"old fart" - acceptable
"grumpy old fart" - accurate
"pain in the arse" - also accurate
"boy" - not for at least 50yrs.

Seriously - I am still around, and as Mick says I have been initially helping care for my father in law (Deb and I moved to Essex temporarily) and latterly after he passed away I have been helping Deb sort his estate out.
(probate, inheritance tax, etc. etc. We have also had three other family funerals since January (the clan is dropping like flies) so thing have been a leeetle hectic. Still thing are gradually working themselves out.

I am keeping an eye on the forum and sticking an oar in every so often, and I am filling gasket orders as needed.

Ps - it's not humor - it's genuine grumpy !!!
