help , quad bike stolen

Post by redline »

HELP!

this will mostly be for those in the north wales and chester regions.

It was stolen off the drive from Shotton at or around 4am on Monday
please help if you can by contacting me with any info which I will pass on

a friends uncles quad bike has been stolen. Its a very new all black yamaha wolverine quad back with a couple of special mods to it (i'm not listing the mods as some are very covert and will help identify the bike if it gets ringed) its in mint condition and very very low milleage.

If your offered it, or hear of it PLEASE let me know asap. Shouldn't be any need to call the police if we have a positive ID as well my uncle works at a foundary :D

Any help or assitance you can provide greatly appreciated

Quad bike theft has become a mega problem lately. Often left in the open, sometimes the keys are in them, and can be stolen on a trailer or in a van in no time. In our area 9 went in one night, it could have been 10, however it was in bits and didn't actually run, which they found out only after they'd got it out to the road and dumped it.

Good luck in finding it.

having gone quad biking on my last two holidays I was actually thinking of buying a road legal quad ,

perhaps I will go back to my other plan of building a custom trike, probably less likely to get nicked
