There is sure lot of space, but also there is lot of work, as it is originally build at 1950 and extension has been made at 1970's most of surfaces are almost 40 years old, all structures are then nearly 60 years old, naturally there is then need of some repairs and improvements.
It is process of several years to get everything done, maybe 10 years or more, but I think it is worth it, as house seem to have nothing major wrong with it.

Here you can see bit of kitchen, which is one of most important areas that needs work to be done, need to remove everything and build new closets after new wall surface has been made, also ventilation system need to be installed to kitchen, costs $$$$
, well should not complain as that is still rather easy task and relatively good value for money.
