Hi everybody, im still on the lookout for a rust free 3 door, mine has passed the Mot so im looking for a rust free 3 door that i can use for a project.
If anyone has a non stripped out, 3 door 1.7 thats for sale or would consider part ex for another 3 door 340 then please let me know.
Also, if anyone in the southampton area knows the white 340 thats on ebay at the moment, id really appreciate knowing if the shell is sound.
I *think* I know it, Foggy might be able to confirm where abouts it went as he spoke to the guy who bought it lots afterwards! The dates, colour and interior certainly tie up, just can't remember the reg.
If it is the one, I never went under it, but on the surface it was a clean car, had standard 1.7 running on/not starting if turned off then tried 10 mins later problems for a bit, but they might have been sorted, if not, it's easy enough to sort.
cheers chris, its just too far for me to drive to check out, i have already driven 200 miles to look at a 340 this month so dont wanna do it again if its a rust bucket haha
