MK1: 343 DL '80 (LHD)

Post by pistonpen paultje »

Since there aren't a lot of MK1's around in England, and in other EU countrys, i'll just post it on here as well. My nicest 300 is now for sale, as I've got 5 now...Think thats a bit too much for a student...

One of the best MK1's around. Valuated at €4900,- Still some minor issues to correct to it. But in general a real nice car too see & too drive. None of my other 300's is thát souple and gentle to drive!

Willing to sell to any international buyer. As long as your a real enthousiast! This car needs a loving home!

No I dont have pics. Its the original blue interior. The only thing I replaced since I bought it (next to engine parts) Its in perfect status...

Edit: Btw. I don't want the 4900 offcourse. I want 1500 euro's. A lot of money, but not for a car this rare, and in this state!

Haha, not for 1500...But not a lot more...Then ill make a holiday out of it:+.

ryanair-> newcastle to dublin, dublin to dusseldorf or eindhoven would be like 100 euro's in total. And then fuel for about 1000km, and the train from france...

Not even thát expencive...We could arrange a nice price for it:+

If a RHD car came up like that, it'd be rude not to! Lovely car, silver really suits the Mk1's

Lovely indeed, and very tempting. But unfortunately I'm a bit low on finances at the moment. The "spare" cash I had in the beginning of the year has gone elsewhere and I need to work a while to save up... sm38 Unexpected things like leaking pipes in the bathroom floor, etc.

Replace Newcastle with Tampere, and Dublin with Eindhoven or Düsseldorf ;-) There must be a quick, cheap way of getting to Holland from Finland! The journey back would be fun, too.

I can only get "cheap flights" from Tampere to Frankfurt-Hahn (too south), or Bremen (maybe too north). Air Berlin only gets me from Helsinki to Düsseldorf. Blue1 gets me from Turku to Amsterdam at a reasonable price, and I'm sure that's the option to take - I'm sure there are plenty of local connections by e.g. train.

Then on the way back, an obligatory stop at Eindhoven (DAF museum!) and from there it's a refreshing ca. 1700 km drive home plus a couple ferries. Sounds good? Well, it'll take a couple days...
