Have you checked the fuse box behind the battery?

Fuel pump fuse is in there and the terminals corrode... that's the favourite fuel breakage a lot of the time.

Do this first!! Usually the only way an injection 360 stops running

Another thing worth having a look at is the LE jet relay near the battery. If that is loose (it's easily done when taking out / refitting a battery) the car doesn't start either.

Cheers

Im looking around for a new feul pump, in case is that, and need it on the road asap so I am using the time while I wait for the belts and water pump to be done to look for good parts I may need.

Have you checked for any splits or loose joints in the fuel lines and rail, you may be getting a air lock in the injection system. If there is a split in a line it may only come to light as engine warms a bit opening the split up. If the fuel lines have been off or loose it may just have a air lock in the injection system. If anything is loose tighten it and crack the injectors open slightly and this will get rid of the air lock.
I only mention this as you say you can smell fuel. I had a air lock on a injection system years ago on a van that would not start, turned out to be a loose fuel line connection on fuel rail. Also was called out to a breakdown years ago when a car would not keep running and found out that once the car warmed up a bit and I mean only a bit, there was a split in the fuel line on that that would only show up a few minutes after it warmed up. Could smell fuel when I got there but did not show signs of leaking until car warmed up a bit.

that sounds some good advice, its got a huge smell of feul, The garage its at suggested i would smell feul as the injectors would still be pumping what was between them and the feul pump. thank you :)

injectors dont pump, they simply open and close, the fuel pump actually pumps it into the injector's nozzle creating the spray that mixes with the intake air.
if it's got a huge smell of fuell; i'd suspect ignition first. check if you get a spark on the plugs
then check the cold start injector, then the fuel return hose, amm flappything (you can electrically check that one) and check the flap's movement

Fuel filler hose is prone to leakage, might explain the smell? Where the plastic meets the tank there is a rubber joiner, the clamps rust on these and leak fuel when its above about a quarter full i think.
