The steering wheel itself is useless without the Boss or fitting kit which can be sourced either from VOLVO or MOMO. I have contacted MOMO in the past and they replied that in order to remanufacture one they require minimum order of 10 pieces.

Totally agree that the sunroof is a total nightmare on the 300 series and if anyone has any tips on repairing it please advertise it. I bought new roof plate , the guides , the "chain rails" and still doesn't work

Hi,
I have got a problem with the sunroof on my 360 . I replaced the old rusty one with a
brand new from VOLVO and eversince is not working. Someone suggested to replace
the whole mechanism but it is quite expensive..... any suggestions anyone .

I used Tarox grooved discs and EBC pads as the
stock brakes used to heat up and I had to reface the discs every month

In my vehicle I have got air conditioning and power steering,
also I have a custom made 2 1/2 " exhaust system, as well as 100kg of sound system which
brings the weight close to the 740. Also I upgraded the brakes. So the handing is quite good.

It seems that VOLVO over-engineered these
halfshafts as well as many other mechical parts of the 360.

Actually I have got a 360GLT with a B200FT engine fitted
with custom intercooler and oil cooler pumping around to 150 BHP . I have a spare set
of half-shafts that I have never used .

These shafts are made out of alluminium and what we did here
in Cyprus is to cut the damaged end of the one shaft and weld a good one. We used to cut
the end piece (~200mm) which was damaged on the shaft and weld a piece from another
